I'm relatively new to Birt, but I've created several reports that take advantage of the web service datasource capability. Recently when I began experimenting with "report parameters" I encountered an unexpected problem when moving the reports to the report viewer environment under Tomcat. The reports that use a report parameter do not render any content. As an example, the chart is blank. No error message occurs.

The parameter portion seems to work, because I have a title that displays the selected parameter, but nothing else in the report renders content.

It works fine using the "preview" under Eclipse.

Any ideas?

I found that by restarting TomCat, those reports with parameters began working correctly.
