You can create code from a model by two ways.
Either using an EMF model which provide an UML view and then use EMF for java code generation. This is what I would recommend even if it really very complex.
Or directly take the UML model XMI and use a code generator such as MIA software, Blue Age, Accelero etc.....to transform your model into code.

You can also customize the code generation or write your own generator
