Reloading birt viewer plugin's scriptlibs without restarting eclipse [message #645743]

Hi,

Is there a possibility to reload birt viewer plugin inside eclipse so that changes made to script libraries (java jars) take effect?
I tried to stop and start the birt viewer OSGI budle through OSGI console in Eclipse but that did not help.

Have you tried WebViewer.stop();

Hi Jason,

I did not try this expression. I presume that this should be included in initialize event of the report. But I wouldn't like to include this code snippet in each report which needs to reload web viewer, so I asked if birt viewer can be restarted from eclipse (OSGI console or whatever).

Marko,

That was not code for the report. If you are using the viewer plugin in
an Eclipse based app you can start and stop it using the WebViewer
utility class.
