Is there is a way to sync Eclipse with Google tasks?

We use Jira for task management and I am using the Mylyn plugin to pull in these task from Jira into Eclipse.

I also add other small tasks as local tasks that do not sync with anything. It would be really helpful if I could have these other small that tasks sync with my Google task list so I can add new tasks from my phone and have them show up immediately in Eclipse. Any other suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated as well.

I did hear that Tasktop has a commercial product that pull in your google calendar but that is more than I am looking for.

Thanks for your help.

This is a bit late, but there's one that appears to be actively maintained here:
