[Xpand] Debugging [message #630960] Tue, 05 October 2010 12:04 Go to next message

Hey,

I'm using XpandFacade to programmatically invoke Xpand Templates and XtendFacade to programmatically invoke Xtend Extensions.

But it seems that debugging does not work. At least debugging Eclipse does not stop at breakpoints in the templates/extensions.

Is there any possibility to use debugging?

Thanks for help
Stephan

Assuming that you're invoking Xpand/XtendFacade inside an OSGi container as a bundle (e.g., when running the plugin inside a 2nd Eclipse instance), you could try and switch on the debugging of the OSGi container itself by adding -debug (or -osgi.debug=true) to the VM arguments of the launch configuration.
