I've got the cvs HEAD versions of AM3/ATL/TCS checked out
and installed at an extension point. When I save a KM3 file
I get the error java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
Lorg/eclipse/gmt/tcs/injector/TCSRuntime.
This appears to be associated with the outline view; if I don't
have the outline view displayed, then I don't get the error.

Any thoughts on possible causes appreciated.
