org.eclipse.mylyn.compatibility runs even when all mylyn plug-ins are
deselected in launch configuration

I noticed this because I also set launch configuration runtime environment
= java 1.4, so mylyn early startup dumps error messages in log (since
mylyn requires java 1.5).

Don't know if this is a mylyn issue or a platform problem but wanted to
ask your advice before opening a bug.
