Hi,

I have a java file and set some persistent property to it.
When i try to refactor and rename the package of the particular java file,
i try to listen the resource changed event and the resourceDelta's kind
returns as deleted.

Then it gets shifted to the changed package. When i try to get the
persistent property already set it returns me the property value which had
been set.

Pls let me know whether the functionality it performs is correct or it is
an issue.
