When Mylyn creates its context test suite it's missing various
parameters from the classpath (thinks like loading the mock jar, etc).
These are necessary for the tests to run correctly. The context tests
cannot run successfully without this.

Is there a way to somehow set up these additions to the classpath ahead
of time? So that the auto-created tests have the correct path?
