Grayed out entries in package explorer [message #587287]

Newbie here. I installed Mylyn with the Bugzilla plugin, and it works.
But now most of the entries in the package explorer are grayed out (but
still clickable). It appears that recently-used entries are black. How
do I reset everything to black?

I activated then deactivated an issue, thinking that would help, but it
did not.
