NoAspectBoundException when debugging Aspect with [message #581163]

I am getting a NoAspectBoundException when I am debugging my aspect. This
does not happen when I debug from a main application. However, this does
happen with aspects that are run from the Sysdeo Tomcat plugin when I step
into a method that is advised. I have tried to use the build aspectj
button in the Eclipse toolbar but it is not making a difference. I can
see the advised methods in Eclipse (in the gutter). Is there something
that I am missing?
