hi, i defined the following complextype:

<xs:complexType name="TaxonomyNodeType">
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element name="Characterization"
type="abc:CharacterizationType"/>
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>

and refer to it like this:

<xs:element name="Lib" minOccurs="0">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:complexContent>
<xs:extension base="abc:TaxonomyNodeType">
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element name="Port" type="abc:TaxonomyNodeType" minOccurs="0"/>
<xs:element name="Opt" type="abc:TaxonomyNodeType" minOccurs="0"/>
</xs:sequence>
</xs:extension>
</xs:complexContent>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>

As you see the second type refers uses the first type as a base type.
The sequence of the base type is included correctly when loaded.
The elements within the sequence of the extension are ignored.
The sequence exists but it is empty.
Any suggestions?

cheers
Didier
