Hi, I am new to this modelling technniques. EMF, and MoDisco.
I am developing SOftware visualization tool using models generated by MODisco[JavaModel and KDM]

My app takes these models as input.
When I try to load these model using EMF persistant library, it throws a exception that unable to find the Meta data of JavaModel and KDm model.

How to fix this issue.

Java Model and KDm models are in EMF registry, but still gives the exception.

Please anyone can give me a tip to do this correctly.

Dear sir,

first of all, just to be sure, your java model file has a ".j2se5"
extension ?

MoDisco 0.7 release, for Eclipse 3.5 Galileo, includes a "J2SE5"
metamodel, and related xmi files have an extension ".j2se5"
MoDisco 0.8, for Eclipse 3.6 Helios to come, which is available for
Helios Milestones, promotes a "Java" model for which file extensions are

Since "Java" metamodel, and associated discoverers, have many
improvements compared to the "J2SE5", i suggest you, if possible, to
build your software upon Helios (Helios will be released in june, and
pre-release Milestone M6 for modeling is available from Eclipse download

Then, about the problem you encounter, i will need additional
information. Could you please send us a stack trace ?
