Responsibilities:=20
This is role has responsibility for all Replay Solution products. The =
primary responsibility will focus on driving product direction with =
feature requests and functional requirements, market research, =
competitive analysis and integration plans with third party software.=20
As the Product Manager, you will drive all aspects of our ReplayDIRECTOR =
Enterpriseproduct line and plan appropriate roadmap for roll-out to =
global markets. As the product owner, you will work closely with =
software engineering, OEM partners and quality assurance in product =
definition, management and appropriately timed launch activities. You =
will research competition, pricing, market requirements and relevant =
industry standards while prioritizing and managing feature =
requests,schedules, and cost trade-offs.. Provide the vision for what is =
to be developed and the passion for how it should be brought to our =
customers. Flexibility and self-motivation - with a problem solver's =
attitude and attention to detail and the ability to work independently =
yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment.=20
Requirements:=20
.. At least 2 years of enterprise software product management experience =
including a detailed knowledge of the full software life-cycle, from =
requirements through launch and maintenance to obsolescence.=20
.. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing product launches, =
and the ability to analyze and communicate on the business and product =
directions with engineering, sales, executive management, and customers =
is required.=20
.. A software engineering background or other professional technical =
experience in the areas of Application Lifecycle Management, Application =
Quality, integration technologies and/or enterprise applications is =
preferred.=20
.. Ideal candidate will have a past experience in product management of a =
"software tool" - and have a strong understanding of the needs, wants =
and expectations of software programmers in the next generation of =
software development tool they will use to do their job !=20
