Required Skills and Experience

-2-year professional experience in developing plug-ins for Eclipse.
-Expert knowledge of Java and strong Object-oriented development.
-3+ years of experience in Java development.
- BS or higher with computer science major
Preferred
---------
-Experience with building applications from models / metadata.
-Experience in development using Eclipse RCP, EMF, GMF, Hibernate
-Experience with building commercial quality transactional enterprise
applications, preferably with lots of business rules. (Background in
Supply Chain, ERP? Even better!)
-Open source development experience.
-Strong working knowledge of Internet technologies, including JSP, JSF,
XHTML/DHTML, DOM, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
- Commercial User Interface design experience
- Start-up experience, or being willing to do whatever it takes to
participate in building a very successful company.
