Mylin JIRA Connector problems against latest Mylin features [message #56579]

The Eclipse Europa site has the Mylyn 2.3.2 release whereas the latest JIRA
connector requires Mylyn 3.0. Please make sure that you have the sites
listed on http://www.eclipse.org/mylyn/downloads enabled in the update
