Hello

For a new project we need to create an RCP application that feels modern, a bit like an Iphone or windows 7 UI. Is this possible in Eclipse RCP?
the only thing I found is that Eclipse 4 will support gradients, but no controls or widgets like you have available in Microsoft's WPF for example.

thanks for the help

Bernd

Hi.

With RCP you are tight to the SO "look and feel". You are able to create your custom widgets with SWT, but you will be on your own.

If you wanna achieve something like http://www.pushing-pixels.org/?p=519, as you said, have to wait till Eclipse 4 is realised.
