Hi,
My version is
Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Helios Release
Build id: 20100617-1415
I have found out that things that used to work before, no longer work and it's quite frustrating.
1. If there is a java error in a jsp file, the file name in the project tree no longer shows that with an icon. You have to click inside each file to determine which ones have errors.
2. When renaming a class, the change does not propagate inside JSP files. That makes the refactoring function useless.
3. Hitting ctrl-/ does not comment out the line.
How can these difficulties be overcome?
Many thanks in advance!

In general, the best thing to do would be to open bug reports. For
problem 1, I would like to know which view you were using first, and for
problem 3, are you sure there isn't another shortcut bound to that action?
