According to the Connector Discovery window, the Trac connector isn't available right now.
I'm sure someone is already on it, but in the mean time, I am trying to just add a new update site using http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/e3.4/ and install it that way.

Eclipse 3.5 Win32.

Hi,
I was able to replicate your problem. I've filed a bug with Mylyn:

322250: Trac Connector not enabled in connector discovery
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=322250

In the meantime you can use one of the following update sites to get the Trac Connector. You'll need to know which version of Mylyn you have installed.

If you're running Mylyn 3.4,
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/maintenance

Mylyn 3.3,
download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update-archive/3.3.3/v20100 330-0100/extras

Mylyn 3.2,
download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update-archive/3.2.3/v20100 217-0100/extras
