eclipse editor shows errors, but ITD works, how to fix [message #547488] Sat, 17 July 2010 11:26 Go to next message

I am using the 2.1.0 e3.5x release of AJDT. When I use an ITD in the eclipse editor, after creating a brand new AJDT project, the ITD shows editor errors pretty much for all types. However, the project runs fine so the compilation is okay.

It appears to be an editor integration issue.

Do I have a bad configuration/options setting somewhere?

Thoughts?

I would attach a screen shot but I do not see a file attachment button in the web interface for the forum.

Two possibilities here:

1. you do not have JDT weaving enabled.

2. You are opening your Aspect file in a Java editor

Looks like the editor is the issue. Weaving is enabled. Will look for the default editor setting in aspectj projects.

Thanks.

If the editor does not seem to be the problem, you can send me a screenshot and a simple failing project directly:
