Javascript Validation [message #547123] Thu, 15 July 2010 11:54 Go to next message

Hello,
I got a problem with the javascript validation, it does not work in HTML files. I'm using the eclipse HTML editor. Auto-completion and syntax highlighting are fully functional. The javascript validation works fine in the javascript editor. My eclipse version is Helios.

Is there a way to enable javascript validation for the HTML editor?

Is your project enabled for JavaScript and the web page in the
JavaScript Include Path? If the project's not enabled for JavaScript at
all, a quick trip to its Configure context menu should do the trick.
Otherwise, check the JavaScript Include Path property page on the
project and make sure you've defined a Source folder.
