Hello,
I'm using eclipse 3.6 (Helios) to write some javascript. When I use E4X, I get syntax errors. I admit the E4X syntax looks a bit different than your everyday javascript:
var node = <name>bla</name>;

but I was wondering whether there's some way eclipse supports E4X's syntax.
Thanks,
Zohar.

anyone? please...
cos my code is all flagged red, which I suspect disables code completion and code analysis in general.
Thanks,
Zohar.

No, E4X is not supported. We'll look into the possibility while
planning next year's release, as a number of parser changes are expected.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=240319 would be the
closest match.
