For now, I don't know if the eclipse bpel editor support ode2.0. Sometimes later, I will look into this question. But now, you can try to use jboss riftsaw that is based on ODE2.x and running on jboss server. JBoss tools has a branch of the eclipse bpel editor to realize the deployment from eclipse to riftsaw.
