The b3.releng component will apparently only build the b3 aggregator. Is that deliberate? If so, should we perhaps add a
feature that makes the b3 engine, aggtregator, etc. buildable and installable?

The b3.releng was originally constructed to build everything from b3. But then, there were resolution problems around xtext. Since this was blocking me (not only me but also the hudson build), I temporarily removed support for the non-aggregator bundles (the dependencies our commented out). It needs some attention to make it work again. Is there any volunteer?
