Tracking Mylyn configuration issues [message #528061] |

Hi,
I have a possible configuration problem with our JIRA instance, whereby
I can not make my Mylyn instance parse query results from our JIRA
(heavily customized) instance.
Whenever I am to make a query to our JIRA instance, it keeps responding
to me with "Error parsing server response: The element type "br" must be
terminated by the matching end-tag "</br>"". All the metadata queries
work perfectly - it is just the issue queries that I have trouble with.
To me this looks like an issue with the customization, but I can not
verify or propse a fix since I can not see the actual document that
causes the error nor can I see a stack trace.
So my question is - is there a debug option that would let me track
Mylyn more closely? Where do I look for the stack trace if something
goes wrong?

The JIRA connector has moved to Atlassian. Please refer to this FAQ entry

Thanks.
