I try to follow an instruction to create and run a plugin. I cant see runtime workbench under Run As. Can you please help me.

Hi,

It seems this question would better fit into the forum of
the Plugin Development Environment (PDE), but perhaps
the following may already help you:
Instead of "Run As" select "Run Configurations ...".
In that dialog choose "Eclipse Application" and click on
the toolbar buttons with tooltip "New launch configuration".
After you made your choices in the dialog hit "Run".
