I think the components of the JavaScript package come from the Web Tools
Platform (WTP) project, so you should probably ask in that forum group
what would be the appropriate update site to add in order to get nightly
build updates.

No, we in webtools do not currently provide "nightlies" in repos. Not
even Integration builds. The latter we will support eventually. Less
sure about the utility of "nighties" (we dont' even have nightlies,
technically speaking :)

Thank you David for the definitive answer and Eric for directing to the correct forum,
I had been wondering about moving this post and eventually thought
"oh well these guys probably have better to do"...
