No, there is no such option at present. Sounds like a good candidate enhancement request.

Hi Markus,
I just looked at this. I misread your original question. Buckminster can be set to only create non-packed jars. Just use:
site.packed=false
I believe this is also the default so you probably have a site.packed=true somewhere in your property set.
