Hi,
I am responsible for the EMF Teneo project and am looking at buckminster to take care of the collecting of source and
target platform and doing the build part, eventually running on hudson. The build I want to do is pretty standard (I
hope/wish/guess):
- download source + target platform (from external update site also)
- build a set of features/plugins (including test plugins)
- install the target platform + the newly build features/plugins in a new target platform/eclipse
- run junit tests in that target platform
- copy the features/plugins to relevant update sites and download areas at eclipse.org
Are there examples of other projects at eclipse.org which make use of buckminster/hudson? And have a similar setup
(incl. running tests)? I am looking for both the buckminster files but also for the ant files which are used to control
the main flow I guess.
I have noticed the setup buckminster is using itself:
http://build.eclipse.org/tools/buckminster/hudson/
which is already good input.
My question is however if someone knows of other eclipse.org projects which also run testcases or with other setups? It
probably helps me a lot to get things setup if I can take a look at the setup of others.
