I have installed plugin GWT from google side to Eclipse. But icons hasn't shown. I can't create new project of GWT.

I have Eclipse Java EE 3.5 with plugin to JavaME and tomeat is installed.

You may wish to ask the GWT Community instead
(http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/community.html) as you don't
sound like you have issues with WTP.
