For past few days I've stumbled upon "404 Page Not Found" error when
trying to access http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5/

This has broken my target definition that points to the update site.

The 404 is normal if you are looking at it in a browser.

What is the failure you see in Eclipse? Still seeing it?

Also possible it was just a coincidentally bad time to be pointing at that update site...
