Saurav,
It's best to ask about UML on the UML newsgroup, which I've added to the
"to" list of the reply. It sounds like you might be best off mapping
your instances to be UML2 instance and just use UML directly...

There are also step by step guidelines.

Although I've never used UML2Tools for extending UML metamodel, it should
work.
