I installed eclipse-rcp-ganymede-SR2-win32.zip

But when I tried to create an extension, I got the error:

Description for extension point "org.eclipse.ui.views" cannot be found.

What's wrong with this installation?

To get source bundles and schema, you need to get a zip that has SDK in it. i.e. an rcp-SDK zip will have the schema and can open an extension point description.
