Duplicate XMI id [message #478494] Thu, 04 June 2009 09:09 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
I have a model in Topcased, if I open it in TextModel, there are two
elements with the same XMI id(_0BovNkUVEd6RNpVxnEI7mg) but with different
content inside:

<ownedComment xmi:id="_0BovNkUVEd6RNpVxnEI7mg">
<eAnnotations xmi:id="_8dW29UxgEd6WS8fHSy3Udg"
source="http://www.topcased.org/documentation">
<details xmi:id="_8dW29kxgEd6WS8fHSy3Udg"
key="documentation"
value=" \\Kcopsrv2\Modelisation\specs_reqpro\cassiopee\bes\pro\prm\p qt\Creer_affaire.FCU "/>
</eAnnotations>

<body> \\Kcopsrv2\Modelisation\specs_reqpro\cassiopee\bes\pro\prm\p qt\Creer_affaire.FCU </body>
</ownedComment>

<packagedElement xmi:type="uml:Package" xmi:id="_0BovnUUVEd6RNpVxnEI7mg"
name="01 Saisie des X avec classement ab-initio">
<ownedComment xmi:id="_0BovnkUVEd6RNpVxnEI7mg">

<body>U:\_Maquette\doc\maquette\cassiopee\aff\saisirlesX.htm </body>
</ownedComment>

Has anybody an idea about the reason or even a possible solution?

I need a model without duplicated ids.

Thank you!

Laura.

Laura,

Have you tried contacting the Topcased folks about this? The duplicate
identifiers are likely being introduced by the application, not the UML2
framework itself...
