Do you have this file as a resource somewhere? I couldn't find it.
(It contains the OMG fUML model library)

If you don't, are you going to include it?

fUML_Library.uml is not part of the UML2 project and there are no plans on
including it.

Although some have suggested that the foundational subset of UML be
introduced at some point to support exectuable models. If this is something
important to you, feel free to submit an enhancement request.
