1. How to track and delete cookies in internal browser
2. I tried to change internal browser to external in my Preferences
(usr/bin/mozilla) but nothing happens when I start web application, although
internal works.

Internal browser is just an instance of a browser, there's nothing special about it.
Shut down Eclipse, launch an instance of the browser, clear cache, cookies, change
settings etc. Then launch Eclipse again and the internal browser will have the
same environment.
