Of course, you have to make sure that you put focus in the topic frame
(if you want to find terms in the topic) before you do Ctrl+F.
And it's not intuitively obvious. :-)

OK, I set firefox as the external browser.
Ctrl+F still acts globally on the page, but at least it also searches
the topic frame
