Hi

As told in ML, you have some choices to get cobol compiler. One is get
free cobol compiler such as OpenCOBOL, the other is get Fujitsu cobol
academic edition.

To use OpenCOBOL you have to modify the plugin, I mean, eclipse(Java)
programming skill is required.

To use free Fujitsu cobol, although, the download page have disappeared
and it seems to be impossible to get free anymore. If you'd rather spend
money to purchase Fujitsu cobol academic edition, see
http://www.netcobol.com/order/index.htm

thanks.
