We're using a "Start" page that provides links to the docs, but since I
generate the HTML using WebWorks, the file names may change. I would prefer
to have the start page use context IDs, which don't change.

Currently we're using showHelpTopic? with this type of URL:

href=" http://com.progress.dataxtend.si/showHelpTopic?id=/com.progr ess.dataxtend.si.help/GettingStarted/Intro.html">

How could we use a context ID instead of a hard-coded HTML help page? BTW, I
searched for info on this in the Eclipse help and found none.
