There is a compatibility layer for 3.x, is the compatibility maintained with 3.6 HEAD or will it be done after 3.6 released?

The compatibility layer is done in sync with the current development release. i.e. e4 0.9 has a compatibility layer that works with eclipse 3.5. As we head towards the Eclipse 4.0 (e4) release in July 2010 we will continue to keep the compatibility layer up to date with 3.6 HEAD.
