I'm struggling with the PrintDialog to create UI which is reasonable to use:

- Is there any chance to open the PrintDialog with the same settings the
user has chosen the last time in the dialog?
If for example the user enters invalid values for the page range, I would
like to show a warning and then show the print dialog again. However, if the
user had chosen a specific printer, the default printer is selected again if
I reopen the dialog (I do not construct a new PrintDialog, I just call open
on the existing instance again)

- Is there something like a PrintSetupDialog, where the user cannot print,
but just choose a printer and printer settings?

Thanks, Thomas
