Validation error: publicId and systemId [message #44520]

I am trying to connect to our JIRA installation. When I try to validate
the repository, I get a message that says 'White spaces are required
between publicId and systemId.' Any suggestions? Not sure whether the
repository admin has remote api's enabled or not, but should know that
when they get back next week.

Also, thanks so much for Mylin. The context management I would rate right
up there with text completion and dynamic classpaths with regard to
improving my productivity in Eclipse. I can definitely see why it was
included in the base.

It is very likely that this error is caused by the remote API not being
enabled. Please try the latest 2.3 release which has improved error
handling and should show a more sensible message:

Yes, thank you. Now I see the message: "JIRA RPC services are not
enabled. Please contact your JIRA administrator." Now if I can only allay
their insecurities about security and convince them to turn that on.
