This newsgroup is intended for discussions about the Eclipse foundation
and governance, not technical questions. Next time you should try the
JDT or newcomer groups.

In answer to your question: are you talking about visul GUI development?
If so, then you want to look at the VEP (Visual Editor Project) and/or a
commercial product called WindowBuilder.
Both can be found via Google.
