0.7.6 connectors won't install when MyEclipse 7 is installed [message #39952]

On Mac OS X (10.5.6) with Eclipse 3.4.1 / MyEclipse 7.01, I'm trying to
install SVN support using subversive.

I did a clean install of Eclipse 3.4.1 and installed ME 7.01 from an
archived update site. After restarting Eclipse, I added the update URL for
Subversive 0.7.6
( http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/headle ss-update-site/)
which installed without a hitch.

However, when I try to add the "Subversive SVN Connectors" (2.0.7, from
http://www.polarion.org/projects/subversive/download/eclipse /2.0/update-site/),
I get the following errors:

Cannot complete the request. See the details.
Cannot find a solution where both Match[requiredCapability:
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/org.eclipse.team.svn.core/]
and Match[requiredCapability:
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/org.eclipse.team.svn.core/]
can be satisfied.

Uhm, sorry for the noise. After some fiddling it appears that I installed
Subversive from the headless update site
( http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/headle ss-update-site/)
and not from the regular one (I did try the regular one first, but it
didn't show up. It appeared that I had to enable it manually using the
"Manage sites..." button in the Software Updates and Add-ons dialog.

It remains a small mystery why the regular update site
( http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update -site/)
didn't appear initially, but by uninstalling "Subversive SVN team provider
core" and installing "Subversive SVN team provider" from that regular
update site, I got it working.

Once again, apologies for the noise here.
