Thomas,
The Ecore Tools in the EMFT project works quite well for me. I think
you have to be careful not to install both the sample Ecore editor from
the GMF download and the newer Ecore Editor from the EMFT project. I
encourage you to use the EMFT newsgroup to resolve any installation
issues you have with the graphical editor.

I think you've opened a bugzilla for it right? It's funny that I'm not
seeing such a bug, but I haven't tried in the last few weeks. Are the
nodes showing up as pale yellow?
