Override the palette generated by GMF [message #379989] Wed, 28 March 2007 03:30 Go to next message

Hello,

is there a way to override the palette that is generated by GMF? We have
our own methods to create nodes and edges in the model and we need
those methods to be executed due to certain contraint and consistency
checks.
Does anyone know if there is a way to get it working?

Thanks in advance,
Thomas

Thomas,

Please use the GMF newsgroup for GMF-specific questions. I've added it
to the "to" list of this thread.

You can do it by creating GenericTool pointing to your tool class in .gmftool
model or removing all tools from .gmftool model and using extension point
for the palette.
