At this point in time what does STP provide in order to transform BPMN
into BPEL?
What you find by web searching looks not quite up to date and many
tutorials reference external plugins...

you can either transform BPMN into BPEL by using a transformation made
by the STP-IM component or the JWT project.

You can also use Intalio|Designer, which we build on top of the BPMN
modeler. It is free but not open source.
