Associations with message/sequence flow [message #374106] Tue, 03 July 2007 09:53 Go to next message

Hi,
To specify the data flow of my process, I use data object
artifacts connected to sequence/message connections with
associations. But in current STP/BPMN model, SequenceEdge
and MessagingEdge don't inherite from IdentifiableNode (then
no association is possible). Could you explain me this choice ?

Hi Aurelien,

this was not possible in GMF 1.0. It is now possible with GMF 2.0, we
are in the process of migrating to it.

As for the messaging edges connections between pools, feel free to file
a bug so that you can stay in the loop and know when it is fixed.

Regards,

Antoine
