Unable to install Subsversive 4.8.0 from isolated networks [message #1862405]

Is it possible to find a .zip file of Subversive 4.8.0?

I have Eclipse version 4.16.0 (2020) installed on CentOS 7 on classified networks. These installations cannot reach the Subversive installation site via "Install New Software".

I have installed Subversive from archive file(.zip) Subversive-4.0.2.120160902-1700, but eclipse cannot install the revision graph from this version because of a dependency on org.eclipse.gef.feature.group.

Any suggestions? Or, any explanation why this installation has to be far more cumbersome than previous versions?
