Simple question, where i surprisingly cant find a solution.

With -> Windows -> New Window you can open a new Windows.
But how can you close it again ?

* Don't find a ,,close window'' in the menu.
* Short Cut <CTRL><W> of my tiling Windows Manager (xmonad) is ignored.
* Restart of eclipse works not.

My understanding is that that's not the default shortcut. You've changed it? Other application windows close from it?

If you have a keyboard with macros, try making a bind to close the tab. Maybe it will help!
